SUN DRIED TOMATOES

Tomatoes grown and harvested between June-September. Harvested tomatoes are transferred to the drying areas within 24 hours. Following the drying process tomatoes are transported to the facility for production. They are stored in cold warehouses within the facility.

Typically there are two main categories of dried tomatoes.

Sun Dried

  • Regular moisture & Ready to Eat quality, with SO2
  • Regular moisture, Natural, treated with Salt
  • Halves, quarters, julienne cut, diced, powder
  • Packed in2x5kg, 4x5lbs vacuum bags
  • Packed in pet/glass jars with oil, herbs and spices

Semi Dried

  • Packed in 10 kg/8 kg net cartons, bulk
  • Packed in jars with oil, herbs and spices
  • Packed in special PP trays with oil, herbs and spices
